Terms and conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Lagos WellTech Summit website and the purchase of registrations, participation packages, exhibition spaces, publications and other products related to the Summit and associated initiatives.

By accessing this website and/or completing a registration or purchase, users agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The Municipality of Lagos hosts the Lagos WellTech Summit, managed by Associação Construir Diálogo.

The 2027 edition takes place on 12 and 13 March 2027 in Lagos, Portugal.

2. Organising Entity

Management Entity — Associação Construir Diálogo (Digital Health Portugal), NIPC 519210301, R. dos Combatentes da Grande Guerra 6, 8600-583 Lagos, Portugal.

3. Registration Options

You can register for:

  • 2 days — 12 and 13 March 2027;
  • Day 1 — 12 March 2027 (Transforming Health);
  • Day 2 — 13 March 2027 (Transforming Wellbeing).

A 1-day ticket gives access only to the sessions and activities of the day selected.

Prices vary by registration phase (Super Early Bird, Early Bird and Regular). Each phase is valid until the date shown on the website or until the places available in that phase are sold out.

Partner tickets (for example, APORMED and Algarve Evolution) are reserved for members or participants of the partner organisations. Proof of eligibility may be requested. If eligibility is not shown, the organisation may ask for the difference to the general ticket of the current phase or cancel the registration with a full refund.

Registrations are personal and issued in the participant's name. Identification may be requested at the venue.

4. Prices, Payment and Invoicing

Registrations are confirmed only once we receive full payment. Confirmation is sent by e-mail.

Prices shown on the website are VAT exempt (Articles 9.º and 53º do CIVA). Shipping costs for books and publications are shown before checkout.

Invoices are issued by Associação Construir Diálogo using the details provided at checkout. Billing details cannot be changed once the invoice has been issued.

The organisation may change prices and registration phases for future purchases. Such changes do not affect registrations already paid.

5. Changes to Your Registration

Upgrade to 2 days — Holders of a 1-day ticket can upgrade to a 2-day ticket by paying the difference between the amount paid and the price of the 2-day ticket of the same type and phase. Requests are made by e-mail and are subject to availability.

Change of day — Switching between Day 1 and Day 2 is free of charge until 10 February 2027, subject to availability.

From 2 days to 1 day — This is treated as a partial cancellation: the price difference is refunded under the conditions of clause 6.

Participant substitution — A registration may be transferred to another person free of charge, upon written request up to 48 hours before the event starts. Partner tickets may only be transferred to people who are also eligible.

6. Cancellation and Refunds by the Participant

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to LWS@digitalhealthportugal.pt. The date the e-mail is received applies.

The same conditions apply to 2-day and 1-day tickets. No-shows are not refunded. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 30 days.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Summit registrations are services related to activities taking place on a specific date. Under Article 17(1)(l) of Portuguese Decree-Law No. 24/2014, they are not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal. The cancellation conditions in clause 6 apply.

Damaged or defective products must be reported within 5 days of receipt for replacement or refund at no cost.
